This year in a spectacular bonus move for all attending the annual ‘Paul Baxter Shield’ RETRO tag team comp, Southend will be giving away a ‘FREE custom made SURFBOARD’!

The Samurai surf board will be custom made to all your individual ripable needs from non other than, World Famous shaper Paul ‘the Samurai’ Finch’.

So, how do I get this surfboard I hear you say?

The surf board will be given away as a prize for the best retro dressed competitor on the beach during the day!

It will be judged from an independant non surfing judge and most likely from Paul himself.

So now is the time to start growing your back hair, sculpting those choppers and searching through your uncle’s closet for the best uniform you can muster up!

Stay tuned for more info.

Can you get a knee board if you win?

And Sports Guy ... just because you are still wearing the same clothes as you were in the eighties, it does not constitute as a retro costume.
