Just a heads up that the Jim Beam Womens Surftag is on and Leanne, Vanessa, Jeni-lee, Lisa and Carlie will be representing Southend. The comp is on Saturday 15th November @ Curl Curl and it would be really good to see some of you grab your passports and head north of the harbour to show some support for the girls. We will make a good day of it, so hopefully the weather and swell gods come to the party.

After a cracking start to the year wave wise Huey has been dishing up nothing over 2ft for our comps since Baxter and comp 6 was no different. A small 1 to 2ft swell had the groms frothing meanwhile the older crew would wait till 9am to see if the drop in tide would make it more appealing. It did slightly and we ended up running all divisions on the day.
