Since November is a long way off, I thought it might be a good idea to keep track of those hot headed individuals who put themselves in the running for the Blow Up award this year - I'm sure as usual it will be hotly contested and come November the judges descision will be a difficult one. Anyone come to mind yet? ;-)
Hey it has to be ‘EPIC Stephanie’ for sure.
Blowing up about not been pick in the representative frothers tag team comp, is up there with the best blow ups I have seen in the club over the years! It almost compares to some of the ‘blow-up king’s (Adzie) efforts.
Even though you didn’t make it to any of the 4 open club meetings where everyone decided who they thought should be in the team, you blew up when we had you in the team all along? Yeah Epic Blow-up, brother!
Granted I was somewhat disappointed when the club president assured me I was not wanted on the team, but I don't think I blew up about it. Whatever, I'll destroy you all and become the greatest evil scientist EVER ... MUhawhawhaw.
Had a great day at the Star Wars exhibition with the kids instead ... suffer in your jocks.

Ok - Epic leads the race so far for his no show protest. Keep in mind though that Addsy and Con are both sniffing around for some disability sympathy and it will only be a matter of time before one of them erupts!

If Epic's throwing down the gauntlet to all challengers I think I'd better avail myself of some ocean side time at your next comp and cover the event from an outsider's point of view. Wish I was there to see this comp as I hear there were some pretty astronomical wipe outs. Maybe next time there will be swell too and I will get to see it all.
Hope I haven't put the curse on you Epic, but I suggest Con is likely keen to get a win under his belt.
It would appear that this thread has been hijacked. Lets get it back on track about the blow ups only ... If you want to talk about a person's comp season or how well / poorly people are surfing please create a new thread on the topic. Maybe start a thread related to division and see where it goes.

In relation to this "thread" generally, does the blow up have to be Boardriders related or can it be simply member related?
hmmm, I think it should probably be club related, but we are always interested in any good blow up story so feel free to share the details...
